A club for people committed to building a better future for Puerto Rico!

You accelerate retaining and bringing professionals back to the island to job opportunities in Puerto Rico. This helps us cover the costs of the technology matching platform.
You can support students in learning careers that align with Puerto Rico's economic development plan, ensuring well-paying jobs and securing their economic stability. This covers training for one much-needed high school guidance counselor in PR.
You provide individuals with access to in-demand skills needed to address the demand for over 50,000 construction workers in Puerto Rico over the next 10 years.
You help us create social impact initiatives to develop and connect human capital to address Puerto Rico’s needs.
Change Puerto Rico’s narrative by helping us share job opportunities available in different industries.
Be the first to aid when a disaster hits Puerto Rico and support our emergency fund.
If you would prefer to only donate once, we're grateful for that support too!
Founded in 2012, ConPRmetidos is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing and connecting human capital to address Puerto Rico’s needs, driving alliances and designing solutions to create a stable, productive and self-sufficient Puerto Rico. This organization operates two key programs: the Collaborative Impact Program and El Comeback.
The Collaborative Impact Program (CIP) develops human capital and creates social impact initiatives through workforce training and strengthening the capacity of NGOs.
El Comeback is a platform connecting professionals with Puerto Rico-based jobs. We help move Puerto Rico’s economy forward by retaining and bringing talent to the Island.
Committed to Puerto Rico is a fundraising initiative that helps provide stability to our organization so that our team can focus their time and resources on what matters most: helping Puerto Rico!
For the past 12 years, ConPRmetidos' mission has been to help build a stable, productive, and self-sufficient Puerto Rico. Since the two hurricanes that impacted the island in 2017 -Irma and Maria- we have invested $3.3 million in 70 community projects generating an economic impact of over $40 million.
