Allow older adults & elders from disadvantaged communities enter the digital economy by subsidizing digital literacy workshops
Impact the lives of 150+ low-income adults by providing them with jobs and skills training programs that will allow them to earn more income, become self-sufficient, and have a better quality of life for themselves and their children.

Founded in 2012, ConPRmetidos is a non-profit organization that connects individuals, organizations, and the private sector to generate solutions for the many social and economic challenges of Puerto Rican communities. Its mission is to create a stable, productive, and self-sufficient Puerto Rico.
This organization operates two key programs: Collaborative Impact Grants, created to support grassroots organizations. Our new slate of grantees are targeting women empowerment, children and youth education, capacity building, community resilience, food security and economic development.
Also, in 2021, ConPRmetidos launched El Comeback, a program that aims to attract and retain highly skilled talent to support Puerto Rico’s surging economic development, addressing companies’ and organizations’ need to locate talent that can enable competitive growth.
Committed to Puerto Rico is a fundraising initiative that helps provide stability to our organization so that our team can focus their time and resources on what matters most: helping Puerto Rico!
For the past 10 years, ConPRmetidos' mission has been to help build a stable, productive, and self-sufficient Puerto Rico. Since the two hurricanes that impacted the island in 2017 -Irma and Maria- we have invested $3.3 million in 70 community projects generating an economic impact of over $24 million. We have also provided technical support and/or mentoring so that these organizations can meet their goals and move forward.

Our team is committed to a sustainable recovery that creates permanent change on
the Island. We believe that investing in causes such as women's empowerment, education, capacity building, community resilience, food security and economic development is the surest way to enable a better future for our island.
